Insight Pest Solutions Australia ('IPS Australia') agrees to provide residential pest control services in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
The Customer agrees to pay the service fees, receive the services outlined in this agreement, and make the premises available for IPS Australia to perform those services. The Customer authorises IPS Australia to apply pesticides at the service location and agrees to contain all pets/animals during the technician's visit. IPS Australia may cancel this agreement and assess applicable cancellation fees if the Customer fails to pay fees or refuses the services outlined herein.
This agreement is for residential pest control treatment only; IPS Australia's sole obligation is to provide the treatments described for residential properties in Victoria, Australia.
This agreement does not guarantee against present or future insect or rodent damage to buildings or contents, nor does it provide for repair or compensation for such damage.
This agreement does not cover Termite control, Bed Bug control, or any large animal/wildlife management services. IPS Australia focuses exclusively on common household pests.
Our services are limited to residential properties only. We do not provide commercial, industrial, or business property pest control services.
Prices are subject to change; IPS Australia reserves the right to increase prices with reasonable notice to customers.
Service warranties extend for 30 days from the completion of paid services, subject to the specific service type and conditions discussed during consultation.
Any pest-control equipment used or left behind remains the property of IPS Australia. IPS Australia will send a technician to remove equipment upon service completion or cancellation.
IPS Australia is not liable for any actual or consequential damages to property or contents resulting from pest activity, nor for repairs to buildings or contents. IPS Australia's liability is limited to the amount the Customer has paid for the specific service rendered.
Service scheduling is arranged by mutual agreement between IPS Australia and the Customer. Visit dates may vary based on weather conditions, accessibility, and technician availability.
IPS Australia does not guarantee against the future presence of Termites, Bed Bugs, or any pests not covered under our residential service offerings.
Customers may cancel services with 48 hours notice. Cancellation fees may apply for same-day cancellations.
All payments are due upon completion of services or as agreed in writing. Overdue accounts may incur additional charges.
If IPS Australia cannot access part of the property due to locked areas, animals, or other obstacles, IPS Australia will treat accessible areas and may return to treat previously inaccessible areas if requested within the same service period.
Customers must notify IPS Australia before service if any occupant is allergic or sensitive to pesticides or has underlying health conditions.
All services are provided in compliance with Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) regulations and Victorian state requirements.
This agreement is subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You have rights under the ACL that cannot be excluded, including rights to a refund or replacement for major failures and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
For services arranged through direct marketing (door-to-door or unsolicited phone calls), you have a 10 business day cooling-off period. You may cancel this agreement within 10 business days without penalty.
We guarantee our workmanship under normal conditions. If pests return within the warranty period specified for your service, we will return at no additional charge.

If you are entitled to a refund under the ACL, we will process refunds within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
Any disputes will be resolved under Victorian law. For consumer complaints, you may contact Consumer Affairs Victoria.
